Some oven Digital Controls dont work, stove works fine
Model Number: GW395LEPS00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
Its a Whirlpool GW395LEPS00 stainless steel slide-in range. Some of the touch buttons dont work and some work. The stove works fine. When I open the door, oven light turns on. Clock works but I cant change the time. Down temperature and cancel buttons work. Dont know what is wrong. It came with my new house that I bought in '05.

Most likely the problem is a bad membrane switch which has to be replaced.
In order to provide the right part number I need the color of the control panel. Gene.
