I need to replace my oven door seal. Do I need to remove the oven door to do this? If so, how do you remove the door on my oven? Should I call a professional to do this? Thanks in advance!

Open the door. You will see tabs on the hinges. Lift the tabs and close the door to about 30 degrees. the door can now be lifted off the hinges.

Unfortunately the tabs are pinned to the hinges so it can't be lifted or moved. I still can't figure out how to get the door off. Any other suggestions?
