Thermador cooktop burner not working

Model Number: CGX304UB Brand: Thermador Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello, I have a Thermador gas cooktop CGX304UB and the front right burner is not working. It doesn't even make that clicking sound like the other ones do when they are trying to ignite. I tried turning the control to the on position and holding a match to the burner, but it seems it is not getting any gas either (not sure if this is some built in safety feature). Anyhow, the burner is a 9,100 BTU and I think it's one of those Extralow or XLO burners. Can anyone help?
