heating element
Model Number: glef396asc Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
front right burner stays on while knob is off. display says " HE"

Most likely the problem is a stuck relay on the power board which is located on the main back of the range.
- The part number for the power board is AP2126657 Do not over tight the mounting screws. Gene.
