The other day the broiler on a Thermador electric oven got left on with the door closed. Next thing I know the oven was beeping non-stop and non of the pressure sensitive button controls would function. I called the company and they told me to trip the circuit breaker, leave it off for 5 minutes and try again. Now the controls work, but when I turn on the oven, only the fan runs and it does not heat up. What's the likely problem and can I order parts and repair it myself?

A model number may help others help you.
Many units have a hi-limit thermostat in line with the elements, perhaps it is open. |

It's one of the following SC303, SC301 or SC272. If it has a hi-limit thermostat, can it be reset?

So I looked up SC301 see below Replacement parts for THERMADOR SC301T | AppliancePartsPros.comI could not find any tech info on the unit but looking through the parts. In Section 3 there is a fuse Item 18 but this is probably for the fan. In Section 3 there is a thermostat Item 20 In Section 4 there is a thermostat Item 12 Looks like the thermostat's are resettable |
