how to change oven door spring on a double oven that is built in
Model Number: D25A1DC Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
this thing is probably 40 years old but is still working great except one ot the door springs broke and the door doesn't stay closed tight on that side.
what I need to know is how to get into where that spring is, I have some springs from a newer ge oven that would probably work if I could find it. It is built into a cabinet but when I slide it out the door springs still aren't visable. Any help on this oven would be great and there must be someone out there as old as me that is familuar with this oven it was back when shadowed coppertone was the style.
