Model Number: RF386PXEW0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
The clock and associated temp/timer display on my Whirlpool oven's (touch) control pad stop working, but only intermittently. If I touch the bake key, the display will come back on. But, it doesn't stay on. This has been going on for a few months. At first it would happen infrequently. Now it happens more often.
The oven and stovetop work fine. So, I'm not sure what needs to be replaced. I am a "starving student" and can't afford a repairman. But my cousin is an electrician and said he could probably put in the part if I can identify which one and get any schematics, etc. I've looked at the parts list and can find the whole control panel. But I read from other posts/threads that it might be something less. Can you help me figure out what to buy? Thanks so MUCH!!! Ads By Google Related Models |
