We just bought a house that has a Kitchen Aid wall oven that is also a convection oven. We noticed that the oven takes a long time to get up to temperature. It took close to an hour for the oven got up to 400. When we use the convection option it doesn't seem to help. Additionally, when I tested the temperature, in both std and convection, the temperature is approx. 25 degrees below the temperature on the readout. I've read many posts and the thermo sensor seems to be an issue when people use the self cleaning option. I was thinking that maybe it is the thermostat or one of the burners. ??
