Model Number: KEBC147KBLO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I've searched many of the past threads but didn't find any that helped for my case. When I turn on the self clean function the door does not go into lock position. The manual says that it should display "Door Locked" but this never happens. I can open the door. I can hear a clicking sound three or four times as if it is trying to lock the door. After about 30 seconds it shuts off and I get a F5E1 error code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
