When I try to light the oven it trips the GFCI breaker in the circuit after about 5 seconds. I bought this oven used from a "dealer" and they drove it over exposed to rain. Could be a short in the controls. The "F1" alarm code flashed as soon as they tried to plug it in.

Is there a replaceable circuit card or is the display unit and controls all one assembly?

Honestly I would not run an oven off of a GFCI breaker. Especially if the oven is 220V. The breaker is looking for the load to match down the neutral, and if it is 220V it will never match. The neutral load will actually be 0A or a little more for electronics. That is the first thing I would try. Also transporting an oven in the rain is never a good idea. Moisture could have gotten on the electronics and shorted something out.
