On the control panel display all features work except the clear/off touch pad. When depressed it will make no beeping sound nor do any action.

I'm going to turn the power off and see if that resets anything, but I'm not hopefull. I'm able to turn the oven off, by a combination of turning the temperature dn and pushing the clock. Not sure of the exact sequence, but it has been turning it off.

Researching the part it shows a display that is slightly different than mine. There is also an asterick that indicates there may be some appliance repair type work required due to different wiring. As the layout of my control panel looks different that the part picture, I'm concerned that may be the case. It appears that I could scan my owner's manual features for the panel and attach - I won't do that at this time.

The oven serial No. is ZL694257Q.

Any other sequence other that turning the power off that might energize the button that is not working. Perhaps, a loose connection where taking the panel out and putting it back might work?

Any want to determine if the part shown within this location is an exact replacement or requires some wiring change to accomodate? What is the extent of the wiring, does it come with a diagram?
