Default power board
Model Number: kesc308lss   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 1 - 5 years

I ordered a new power board (9782437) and according to the diagram on kitchenaid.com, it should go under the glass console. I have taken it apart and I can't not locate the old one. Any ideas besides calling for service.

Click to view diagrams for Model KESC308LSS0

Number 10 is the power board. As you can see, it goes right below the #2 control board with #11 covering it.

Check again and let us know.

Is this a replacement part, because I don't see that part anywhere.

When I open the console, should I see the part?

Open the console, turn it over and remove the #11 cover. You should see the board then.
