can't get oven to lite: set timer turn on temperture set at 375 degrees after 5 seconds temperture goes down to 100 stays on for a couple seconds, then the temperture gage goes off an d cooking time, please let me know, thank you

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board. Whirlpool has redesigned it and it comes with the new glass panel. The installation instructions are included.
