I have searched around on the internet, and cannot seem to locate a replacement broiler element for this old wall oven. Any ideas on where I could find a replacement element?

The best solution is to remove the old part and take it to a local appliance parts store. Hopefully they can match it up.

Thanks for the input Gene! We're probably going to bite the bullet and replace the oven. It is like 30 years old, in pretty bad shape, and after looking at the available diagrams, full of many discontinued parts (like the thermostat). Any recommendations on a 24" oven, or any to avoid?

It's probably the best decision in such situation, but 24" is pretty rare size compare to others and your choice is limited.
