Replacing Maytag glass cootktop element does switch need replacing too?
Model Number: mer6755aaw Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I have to medium sized (2500w) element short on my Maytag glass cooktop last week and I just ordered it from your site. Would you reccomend changing the control switch as well?

Update
Went and added the infinite switch (large burner AP4101874) to my order, just to be safe, since there seems to be potential showing on the 'on indicator' even when turned off. The other question I have is do you have the service manual for this model? I want to be sure I am checking things right before replacing. Thanks
