When I am baking, the top part of what I am baking is not getting done.
The pan's are not blocking the sides or back of the oven. I have been using these pans for a long time and this is a new problem.

If I put the switch to broil, the top heat coil turns orange (Not as much as the bottom one does in bake mode)

In bake mode, the top coil get's hot to the touch, but can be touched for a short time, not at all like the bottom coil.

I am assuming it is the switch or the coil resistance being too high on the top coil.

Please advise.

The Broil heating element works during the Bake mode for preheat only. What is the exact temperature in the oven when you set the thermostat for 350°F? Thermometer has to placed in the middle of the oven cavity.
