GE Double Oven shows it is at temperature setting but is 100 degress less.
Model Number: JKP56BOW1BB Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a GE double built in oven that we preheat and it says it as at the temperature, but it is about 100 degrees or so off. Both upper and lower have the same symptom. We have an oven thermometer that validates this. And when we set the oven higher, it goes the the temp we want, but eventually goes higher (30 minutes after starting baking). I suspect it could be the main control panel, but not sure. Anyone have any idea? Could both thermostats have gone bad?
