I just received a new fan motor for the convection fan in our Monogram oven. It looks simple to replace but I can't pull the old motor off the panel it is mounted on. The post has a couple of washer-like pieces on the end which connect to the fan on the inside of the oven. How do you remove these pieces so the post will slide through the hole on the panel?
