Pls take a look at the picture, anyone knows what's wrong of the glasstop of range. It seems a scalding or something?! :eek: I cleaned the top, but they cann't be taken off .
I bought the range 2 week ago, cook 2-3 times one week.

Curious if you have heard anything back from Whirlpool or the forum because I am in the exact same situtaion with my black glass top range. Very disatisfied with the quality and what is happening. This is my second one from lowes as they exchanged out the first one as it was in the first 30 days!!!, now unsure what to do to get the scalding off?
