The oven element will not shut of. Once the oven is pluged in the element soon turns bright orange.

Could not find any info on this unit, probably too new.

Sounds like the relay contacts controlling the element are welded together.
This will probably require replacing the control board.

You show it as less than one year so I would get it repaired under warranty.
