Self Cleaning Problem

Model Number: cst6512 Brand: Caloric Age: 5 - 10 years

When I Start A Cleaning Cycle, The Door Locking Switch Just Ocillates Back & Forth And Never Fully Latches. Finally It Displays An F9 Code And I Have To Shut Off The Breaker To Get The Alarm To Stop Beeping.
