I have a 2 burner cooktop label says model M60 serial# ke72291.The large burner no longer works. I need to order and replace burner but not sure how to remove burner . The burner has a stainless ring around it does this come off??? If this does not come off how does the unit come out so i can get at burner. I tried pulling the unit there is some give but it does notl seem to want to pull out . Any help greatly apprecited Thanks Bob
