Appreciate any help to stop the non-stop clicking noise.

I have done the following so far with no effect:

a. opened up the top cover and see no problem with the wire or the electrodes.
b. clean each of the 4 electrodes.
c. Take out the control knobs and blow dry each.

Also, I cannot turn off the power for the stove itself without shutting off other lights and applicances. Is it dangeous to let it click all the time? If I push in the knob and turn it to lite, it will fire up normally.

If your burner elecrodes are sparking all the time, one of your control switches is shorted.

Look like I will need to order the right part to replace them. Any particular things I need to be careful of in replacing the old ones?

The switch just slides on to the burner valve and is
held in place with two plastic tabs. Just take a bit
of care so as to not break the tabs. You will need
to isolate which switch is actually causing the problem
before you actually order any parts.
You can simply disconnect one wire on each switch
until you get the one stops the igniters. Make sure
the bare end of the wire is not touching you or ground.

Mfg # seems to be WB24K14 or WB24K16??

The GE part number you need is WB24K14.
The AP2023926 number that it crosses
over to is merely a stock number that the
parts supplier uses.
