Model Number: JTP15BDBB Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
like others I've read, I have a GE oven with F3 code after about 40 min at 400F. I replaced the sensor and check wires. I'm lost. I have never seen a response that addresses the problem after these steps were taken. Now what?! |

There is an issue with with those connectors. First try cutting out the connectors. Using the correct size wire nuts or but-end connectors hard wire sensor. Also make sure connection at the erc is ok. After that if you're still having trouble it's likely your erc (electronic range control) is giving a faulty reading, and will need to be replaced.
