Default GE F3 sensor replaced but still get error F3
Model Number: JTP15BDBB   Brand: GE   Age: More than 10 years

like others I've read, I have a GE oven with F3 code after about 40 min at 400F. I replaced the sensor and check wires. I'm lost. I have never seen a response that addresses the problem after these steps were taken. Now what?!

There is an issue with with those connectors. First try cutting out the connectors. Using the correct size wire nuts or but-end connectors hard wire sensor. Also make sure connection at the erc is ok. After that if you're still having trouble it's likely your erc (electronic range control) is giving a faulty reading, and will need to be replaced.
