Jenn Air Double Wall Oven
Model Number: WW30430B Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
All lights to oven work. Clock/panel screen is well lit and functional. Receive no error codes. However, bottom unit has not worked for approx. 1 year. Top unit is now stuck on preheat (bottom element only) and will not do anything else. Will not turn off, must be turned off at breaker panel.

Hi,
Sounds like the bake relay contact on the board are stuck together.

Sorry for the delay.
Sounds like the both (upper and lower ovens) relay boards have to be replaced. - The upper oven relay board Part number: AP4095668 Gene.
