My oven doesn't seem to keep a consistent temp - it gets hot but the temp is off. Not sure if there is something that I can replace or should I just get a new oven since this one was purchased in 1993. The sensor panel has been broken for years so I would always unplug the oven when not in use otherwise I would get a fault code.
