large elements only work on high or off
Model Number: jes9800aab Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
Large elements only work as high no matter what position they are in except off. I'm not sure how to fix this. I have ordered a new control but the wiring does not seem to match the old switch. looking for any ideas.
