The electric range is a little over a year old and when you hit bake and the desired temp, when it preheats it never reaches that temp and the bar never turns red. Set to broil and the top bar does not turn red. There has been no error codes. The top burners work fine. Checked the outlet and there was app. 220 volts there. After preheating the board says the temp that I input, but a second gauge shows a temp well below the set temp.
