Some, not all, of the touch pad switches are not operating. A group of six in the lower left of the pad are not responding to the touch. They are the Setup (on/off) Convect, Clean, Rapid Preheat, More Options and Vent Fan (on/off).
I am not sure what needs to be replaced. I have dismantled the front stainless steel control panel and found that there is an adhesive anchored touch pad, a glass display window (in the center), and a large circut board behind those two. I would suppose one of the three items needs replacing. The question is which? This same thing happened before the range was one year old, therefore replaced by a repair technician under warrentee. A couple years later I have the same issue.
