The stove top burners are working normally. The oven was last used a few days ago. Today, the oven doesn't work at all. When turned on, there is a faint tic sound, and after turning the gas up, after 15-20 seconds, there is still no noticeable gas odor. What to do ? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Replace the oven glow coil. It is an easy repair. You better go out and get that part this morning, or you will be buying mama a new stove for Chritmas. LOL!!! Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Tom ApplianceEducator.com Thank you very much Tom, and Merry Christmas to you and yours. And you are right, the wife would like something a bit more romantic than a new kitchen appliance for X-Mas. <:^)
