Oven won't light
Model Number: 61S14WAA Brand: Magic Chef Age: More than 10 years
I have a Magic Chef oven that won't light. The thermostat calls for heat, the igniter glows, but the oven doesn't light. There is 110v to the igniter when the thermostat is calling for heat and a varying voltage to the gas valve. The voltage goes up the longer the igniter glows but in the first minute of so is only 1 to 2 vac. The gas valve shows 0 ohms on my multimeter when checking continuity.
