replaced oven control ERC3B part number WB27T1034 and followed all wiring directions twice and still not getting power to the control unit. there are 3 black wires from the old unit with no instruction for new placement. could this be the problem? please help wife is starting to freak out...

Hi Chris,

The part number you posted is incomplete.

If you can post a good copy of the installation instructions and pictures of the old part, it might help too.

The part number is good now but I steel need a pictures. This is the only way for me to look into the installation instructions.
