I have a Whirlpool gr440lxmb0 Electric range. The front left burner is a dual burner and recently when you turn it on it gets incredibly hot no matter what setting you have it on. I want to fix this but I need to know the part to do it, the whirlpool parts diagram does not show anything but the burner, and any tips you might have. Please let me know:confused:

Sounds like the problem is a bad infinite switch for this burner. You can check it for continuity according to the Tech sheet.
