Thermador Cook N' Vent

Model Number: CHCV36 Brand: Thermador Age: More than 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

This unit is no longer available and parts are discontinued. Am replacing the ceran glass and need to know how to remove the "vent control buttons" Here is their description : Cap, momentary switch - This part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
Part Number: AP2832813 made by BOSCH

I am not sure if they are just press on and pull off like the other knobs on the cooktop and abviously don't want to risk damage. If anyone knows I would really appreciate your expertise.
