Oven will not turn off. Hit cancel on digital control panel, and turned power off to reset unit. Oven still turned on.....Any suggestions???

Most likely the problem is a shorted relay on the electronic control (aka EOC). The correction is to replace the EOC.

- The part number for the EOC is AP2125564
