Our built in wall (black) Whirlpool gas oven will not start. What I mean if you press the bake button and lets say set it for 350 degrees, it will drop back to 100 and then shut itself off. You can also just press the bake oven button and it will start at 100 degrees, within a few seconds it will then shut off. I had a appliance guy look at it in our home this morning. After looking at a few things, he thinks its the computer board? He told me boards are very expensive? It did display an f2 error once (then went away) when he was pressing buttons at random. The panel has a cancel button towards the top left, a turn to set button towards the top right and eight other buttons in a row that turn on, set bake temp, etc. He charged me a service call to look at this plus his time. My wife wants to be able to bake for Christmas and wants me to come with plan of action. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
