Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a GE gas range XL44 Model: JGBS22BEA1AD Serial:GT160571P. The oven comes on with the knob at the off position. When it comes on it has a low flame and stays on until it reaches approximatly 150 degrees then goes out. After some time passes (not necessarily the same interval) it repeats the the process. The wireing diagram I have is not complete. I would appreciate any assistance.

this part being faulty will cause your range to come on in the off position
