Kitchen Aid Double Oven

Model Number: Superba Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years

I cannot turn my oven off. Usually I press the cancel button to turn the oven off. Now, I have to cycle the circuit breaker in order to turn it off. What is failing or how can I fix it?

The model number is KEBS208DWHG or the last character may be a 6 - it was hard to tell.
