:confused:HELP! Oven seems to heat more on left side. Is there any adjustments that can be done or do I just continue to deal with it. Thankful for any advice!

Here is the tech sheet http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208302001.pdfAnd a manual https://secured.whirlpoo...a53d3fb852572dc004e47ba/$FILE/4317410%20ComboOven.pdf Is there any adjustments that can be done or do I just continue to deal with it. As far as I know there is not an adjustment. I am assuming this is in normal operation and not convection as convection should be more even. All I can suggest is: Check the door seal Check that all element are heating evenly Check that the element feet or hangers are OK Check that none of the elements have warped Make sure the oven vent is clear. Only other thing I can think of which may help is to let the unit preheat a little longer. Hopefully someone else will jump in with a cure. |

Thank you, I'll attempt to check those (only how do you check the bottom element, its hidden underneath somehow?) It does cooks uneven with convection on or off.

Thank you, I'll attempt to check those (only how do you check the bottom element, its hidden underneath somehow?) I took a look in the manual at how to get to the bake element looks like quite a job. You may not want to do it.
It does cooks uneven with convection on or off. I find this very strange but cannot think of any reason why it should do this. In convection the fan should be circulating the hot air inside the oven so it should be consistant. |
