Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

my oven quit heating properly, it won't go beyond 250 degrees. The broiler works fine as does the stovetop. I am trying to find out what part is bad so I can fix it. Please help if you can.

If you turn the oven on to bake, and touch the bake element and it is not hot. That will be the problem. Cut the power off to the breaker, and take the 2 screws out that hold the bake element in place. If there is not a burn't wire it will most likely be a bad element. The part # is 3203534.
