Sagging Bottom Element

Model Number: 79046591500 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

The bottom element is sagging btwn the supports and touching the oven shell, is this dangerous, effect efficeincy, need to be replaced, can add'l supports be added, other?

I would replace it.

If it shorts to the oven case it may well destroy your control board.
