Convection Fan Inoperative

Model Number: CPO130B Brand: Dacor Age: More than 10 years

The convection fan does not operate when the mode selector is in the Convection position. The rest of the oven features are OK. Could a relay be stuck, or could there be an open circuit in the harness between the control panel and the relay board?
