Range door remains locked after 2 self-cleanings
Model Number: JBP78W0B1WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
This range (GE JBP78W0B1WW ceramic top electric range) is in one of my rental units. After running the self cleaning cycle the over door remains locked.
The tenant ran the cleaning cycle a second time and the door still remains locked. She then unplugged it for 10 minutes and the door is still locked. My budget is tight and repair men are expensive.
