Model Number: 316065306 Brand: -brand- Age: 1 - 5 years
The Key Pad Does Not Respond To Individual Commands. Range Top Works Oven And Broiler Does Not Work. Door Lock Symbol And Light Flashes After Pushing Touch Pad To Start Oven. What Can Be Done To Resolve This Problem? MODEL NUMBER #FGF354BGWE

Nike,
Please post the actual model number of the range. 316065306 is a part number for a warning plate. Use our Model Number Locator to find the right tag on the range.

Sounds to me like the ERC (oven clock) is bad. On this model, oven clock and touch pad are part of one unit, however the overlay with all the buttons printed on it is a sticker and will need be replaced also, since you won't be able to re-use it.
