I own an Bosch free-standing electric range with a warming drawer. It has one knob that controls the four burners and one knob that controls the warming drawer, convection and convention oven. I purchased this range in March 2004. I was boiling pasta and turned the oven to preset to the desired temperature. I heard a pop sound and everything on the range went black, nothing would display I could not press any burner nor clock, oven, etc. I checked the fuse box and it was okay. I pulled the oven from the wall and I touched the cord and it sparked from the cord at the end going into the range (not the outlet). I unplugged it. What is the cause of this??? This happen without warning no sounds or nothing.
