Model Number: mew6530dds   Brand: Maytag   Age: 1 - 5 years

Dear,
My oven could not work after self-cleaning.
The clock is still work but can not do anything for setting.
The touch-pad in the control have maltfuntion. Only the pads which show: the roasting with conversion, cancel, 6, 9 are can show up when press on it and the other key pad are dead and no beep sounds either.

What should I do? Is the control panel need the replacement or Control H1 Board? How to know or check about those elements are fails ?

Thanks,
Dinh

Hi Dinh,

Open the control panel, remove the control panel ribbon from the control board and clean it, using an eraser.

Plug it back and check if it'll work.

If not then the control panel has to be replaced.

- The part number for the control panel is AP3490588

Gene.
