My sister's oven has been out for over a year. She just picked up the broiler element and asked me to install it. The problem is someone else removed the old one and I don't know exactly how to wire it. It has 3 wires (2 blue, 1 red) but only two terminals on the element. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the two blue wires should be connected together to one of the heating element terminals and the red wire should be connected to the other terminal. In order to confirm it look for the wiring diagram in the drawer area.
