Burned out electric female burner receptacle
Model Number: RE37BBW*1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: More than 10 years
Replaced 8 inch burner and still had problems. Removed black insulated box underneath stove top that burner plugs into. One of the two clips that fit into the black box came right out and shows that it has been burned. The other clip is in the black box and won't come out. The wires leading to the clips are single insulated wires, one to each clip. I don't want to replace the wires, just buy new clips and a new box and attach each of the clips to the end of the existing wires. Can just buy these parts and do this?
