GE wall oven JKT13GT1BB shutsdown by it's self
Model Number: JKP13GT1BB Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
I have a GE model JKP13GT1BB wall oven. When Bake, Broil or Clean are selected the display shows the respective mode. When the up arrow is pressed the temp setting increases, as it should. The appropriate relay closes and the "on" indicator lights on the display. The respective element begins to glow. After 15 to 60 seconds of heating the relay opens. After about 10 seconds all operations terminate and only the clock remains on the display. No codes are indicated.
I have checked oven temp sensor @1080 ohms. Power is 240 volts at relays. Thanks for any help. Related Models Last edited by deirpo : 11-29-2009 at 10:16 PM.
