Hi,

I have a ~7-9 yr old Jenn Air dual fuel downdraft slide in range. SVD 48600B.

About a week ago while baking, the F5 error code came on. Now, whenever I try to do anything with the oven (bake/broil/conv), the F5 code will show and the oven inoperable. There are no other issues with the range. The clock display is as normal, no dimming, timers work, fan switch working.

Searching on the forums, it appears that I need a Power Relay Board AP4008573. However, when I called into the 1-877 number to order it, I was told I may instead need a "clock" module AP4088560.

Could someone please point me in the right direction please?

Any chance a tech has an opportunity to see this and offer a comment or how to determine which part I actually need?

I have already downloaded the repair manual but want to be sure before I take things apart and test them.
